The Scheme will be implemented through the following four verticals to provide flexibility to eligible beneficiaries. पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना घर मिळवण्यासाठी विविध पर्याय उपलब्ध करून देण्यासाठी ही योजना खालील चार घटकांद्वारे राबविली जाईल.
Financial assistance to individual eligible families belonging to EWS categories to construct new pucca houses (30 to 45 sqm) on their own available land. EWS प्रवर्गातील पात्र कुटुंबांना त्यांच्या स्वतःच्या उपलब्ध जागेवर नवीन पक्के घर (३० ते ४५ चौ.मी.) बांधण्यासाठी आर्थिक मदत.
Central Assistance to EWS beneficiaries for owning a pucca house. Affordable houses constructed by Public/Private Agencies will be allotted. EWS लाभार्थ्यांना पक्के घर मिळवण्यासाठी केंद्रीय साहाय्य. सार्वजनिक/खाजगी संस्थांद्वारे बांधलेली घरे वाटप केली जातील.
Rental housing for EWS/LIG beneficiaries including urban migrants, industrial workers, working women, and the urban poor through two Models. शहरी स्थलांतरित, औद्योगिक कामगार, नोकरदार महिला आणि शहरी गरिबांसह EWS/LIG लाभार्थ्यांसाठी भाड्याची घरे.
Subsidy provided on home loans sanctioned to eligible EWS, LIG & MIG beneficiaries for the purchase, repurchase, or construction of houses. EWS, LIG आणि MIG लाभार्थ्यांना घर खरेदी किंवा बांधकामासाठी घेतलेल्या गृहकर्जावर व्याज अनुदान (सबसिडी) दिले जाते.
